| I was very happy with my order, but was expecting to also receive what the website prominently advertises: the FREE STARTUP KIT. And since this was my first order, I really could have used it. I would be perfectly happy if this kit was still sent to me in the future, because late is better than never. Otherwise, I would tell my college friends about this website because shipping was quick.
Follow up by hookahset: We are sorry but we are pretty sure we check each order before they sent it out but we will sent you double the star up next oreder . |

| Very disappointed as this site works. Yesterday was the last day of the delivery of my order, but so far it is not. Really upset that would have to take action, but thought they had found a good shop. Why then are not allowed on the site, and the letters do not comply. But the money was removed!

We gave the money back on the an item that was "OUT OF STOCK"

| I paid and ordered on the 28/12/2009 for the expensive priority mail, it's now the 18/01/2010 and i still have not received my order. I sent an email to hookahset voicing my frustration and they didn't even bother responding. Won't use them again.

We ahve responded to every email that was send Explaning that we cant control custumes sometimes they hold it for couple of days for no reason no matter how much you paid for it to get faster and besides it was over the weekend and the package was delivered 1/19/10
