| I was very happy with my order, but was expecting to also receive what the website prominently advertises: the FREE STARTUP KIT. And since this was my first order, I really could have used it. I would be perfectly happy if this kit was still sent to me in the future, because late is better than never. Otherwise, I would tell my college friends about this website because shipping was quick.

| Very disappointed as this site works. Yesterday was the last day of the delivery of my order, but so far it is not. Really upset that would have to take action, but thought they had found a good shop. Why then are not allowed on the site, and the letters do not comply. But the money was removed!

| I paid and ordered on the 28/12/2009 for the expensive priority mail, it's now the 18/01/2010 and i still have not received my order. I sent an email to hookahset voicing my frustration and they didn't even bother responding. Won't use them again.

| I have to say im pleasantly surprised at how fast my order shipped seeing as how I live in cannada, not only that but the deals were awesome best shisha prices ive found anywhere even better then the local store here if I had to rate i would give it 9/10 because not everything is always perfect. I thought that I got 3 types of coals with my deal but I only got one pack of starlight lucky I thought that might happen so I order some cheap natural coals. also I did not receive my 100 mouth pieces or the wind cover but those aren't that big of a deal I got my hookahs and shisha and a kilo of that shisha was free and so was a hookah so im happy :) |

| I bought a KM copper surprise 30" hookah, which didn't match the picture online exactly but it was equally as sexy. The hose upgrade was amazing and much more sturdy and rips way harder than a regular hose. The shisha offered for free and even the 250g throw in for 80cents was not the best but i didn't expect much. I will be back to order some new shisha and coals because the service was so great. I HIGHLY recommend this site. |

| I recently ordered about $150 of shisha, first they sent my order ground, i paid for 2-3 day shipping. When my package finally got here, half my order was not even sent out. I tried to get a hold of them and figure it out and taken care of but. It has been a hard road, calling emailing. You get the run around. When you call them they answer the phone with music playing in the backround and talking. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful.

| After 12 days I finally received it TODAY and it wasn't last WED as you promised. I ordered 3 boxes of 44mm three kings charcoal and I got 3 boxes of 33mm ! I don't know if this is supposed to be a funny because I thought I was dealing and recommending a trust worthy people.
